What should I do if my order arrived with damaged items?

If you receive an order with damaged items, please take photographs of the shipment as it arrived, including packaging, damaged item(s), and packing slip(s), and attach them when contacting us about the issue.

I received an incomplete order; what should I do?

In the event that your order arrives incomplete, please reach out to us with details of the missing item(s). For quicker resolution, taking pictures of what you received can be very helpful.

How can I change the name on my BuildASoil account?

To update the name on your account, just let us know the new name you would like to use, and we will make the change for you.

How do I use a coupon code, and are there any restrictions?
