Why won't my rewards code work at checkout?Updated an hour ago

If your points coupon is not applying at checkout, it is almost always one of these five things.

1. Your cart needs items from the Loyalty Collection

Points coupons apply to items in the Loyalty Collection. Items outside the collection still earn points, but the coupon will not take money off them.

2. A sitewide sale is running

Dollar-off coupons pause during sitewide sales. Hold on to your code and use it after the sale ends. Your points never expire, and you still earn points on everything you buy during the sale.

3. There is already a discount on the order

Each order gets one deal. A reward coupon does not stack with sales, bundles, or other codes.

4. You are logged into a different account

Reward codes only work on the account that earned them. If you signed in with Shop, log out and log back in using your email address instead.

5. Points from a recent order are not in yet

Points land in your account 7 days after an order is placed.
