Why didn't I get gifts for tiers I already passed?Updated 2 hours ago

Tier gifts unlock at the moment you cross into a new tier, starting from the launch of the new program. When the program launched, existing customers were placed directly into the tier their history earned, and gifts were not awarded for tiers already reached.

Your tier, your perks, and your earning rate are all live from day one. The gift for your next tier unlocks when you reach it.
