What are the rewards tiers?Updated an hour ago

Your tier is based on your lifetime spend with BuildASoil, not the last 12 months. Tiers are permanent. Once you reach a tier, you keep it.

The five tiers

• Member ($0): 2 points per dollar, birthday points, and the full rewards menu.
• Silver ($250 lifetime): Everything in Member, plus early access to sitewide sales.
• Gold ($1,000 lifetime): Everything in Silver, plus a Loyal To The Soil hoodie when you arrive and a free Logan Labs soil test every year.
• Platinum ($2,500 lifetime): Everything in Gold, plus 3 points per dollar, a welcome kit, and priority support.
• OG ($5,000 lifetime): Everything in Platinum, plus an exclusive OG shirt when you arrive, an annual anniversary gift, 5% off the entire Loyalty Collection every day, and the top of the support queue.

Good to know

• Tier gifts unlock when you cross into a new tier.
• You get one free soil test per year in Gold and above. You are only ever in one tier, your highest.
