Sometimes a carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable. When that happens, we reach out to you and you choose what happens next:

• Reship it to a corrected or different address
• Store credit
• A refund

Common reasons a package comes back

• The address is incomplete or incorrect, such as a missing apartment or unit number.
• The carrier tried to deliver and could not.
• The package was refused at delivery.
• The address has delivery restrictions the carrier could not meet.
