<li><strong>With Shipping Protection:</strong> your claim is fast-tracked, and we send your replacement without waiting on the carrier.</li>
<li><strong>Without Shipping Protection:</strong> we file a claim with the carrier and wait for the result of their investigation. Once we have it, we send your replacement.</li>
