Before you contact us, check these:

• More than one box: Larger orders often ship in several boxes, and boxes can arrive on different days. Check your shipping emails for more than one tracking number.
• Partner items: Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and arrive separately. The product page shows their ship date.
• Packing material: Small items can hide in the packing material.

Still missing?

Please report missing items as soon as you open your order, and no later than 30 days after delivery. Reach out through our contact page or the chat button on any page with:

• Your order number
• Which item is missing
• Photos of the box as it arrived and all the packaging
• A photo of the packing slip and everything you received

We will get the missing item to you.
