<p>Reach out through our <a href="https://support.buildasoil.com/en-US/contact" target="_blank">contact page</a> or the chat button on any page with:</p>

<li>Photos of the box as it arrived</li>
<li>Photos of all the packaging</li>
<li>Photos or video of the damaged item and everything you received</li>
<li>A photo of the packing slip</li>
</ul>
<p>Keep the packaging and the damaged item until we sort it out, since the carrier may ask to inspect them.</p>
<p>Freight orders: note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign it.</p>

Send us photos of the damage and the packaging within 60 days of delivery, and we will get a replacement out to you.
