Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date.
Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
The recommended actions are:
- Track your package and confirm estimated delivery date in Your Account
- Confirm your shipping address in Your Orders. To avoid delivery problems, keep your address information up to date and add delivery instructions to Your Addresses.
- Check payment processing in Your Orders.
- If tracking has no delay status, please wait 48 hours to allow for status change.
- If tracking shows DELAY status with no delivery date then be prepared to wait up to 10 days for final notice. Most of the time shipments are delivered long before this.
- If you wait 10 Days for the delayed package and no update is made to the tracking #, we will re-ship your order and file a claim with the carrier on the 10th Day from the delay.
