To track your package:

1. Go to your account details or Track Order Page

2. Select your order #

3. Copy Tracking # and paste to google 

Depending on the shipping method you chose, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately.

Items sent by approved BuildASoil Partners from the BuildASoil website can in some cases also be tracked. It's possible if the seller has shared this information with BuildASoil.com and you have chosen a traceable shipping method.

Note: Some packages, such as freight pallets, aren't trackable unless you know the carriers website. Other reasons why tracking information might not be available are listed on Missing Tracking Information.

If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Read more about our recommended actions on Late Deliveries.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't yet received it, go to Find a Missing Package that Shows as Delivered to find out which steps you can take.
