We understand how frustrating it can be to purchase a product and then get a sale email the next day.
If there is a current sale running and you have recently placed an order:
If you ordered within 48 Hours of the sale?
- We will gladly provide store credit to match the discount you would have received.
- We can alternatively refund you for the difference if you request.
If you ordered more than 48 hours before the sale?
Has your order shipped yet?
No? We can provide you with the same options as above so you don't have to cancel your order.
Yes? We cannot provide a credit or refund if your purchase was made more than 48 Hours before a sale and your order has already shipped.
